What Relocate Patagonia is

Relocate Patagonia is an online showcase, operated by Ruta Logística SpA, where rent-a-car, camper, driver-transport, and camping businesses publish their availability so travelers can find and contact them.

Relocate Patagonia is an intermediary, not the service provider

We don't rent out vehicles, run campgrounds, or employ the drivers listed here. Every vehicle, driver, or camping spot is the sole property and responsibility of the company that publishes it — Relocate Patagonia is not a party to whatever rental, transport, or stay agreement you end up making.

How contacting and renting works

When you click 'Contact', your details and message are sent directly to the company behind the listing. From there, the booking, final price, payment method, deposit, and any specific terms are agreed directly between you and that company — Relocate Patagonia doesn't take part in or guarantee that transaction.

Commissions

Relocate Patagonia charges companies a fixed commission for every confirmed vehicle booking (relocation or regular rental), not travelers. Commission amounts are net per booking; VAT (19%) is added once when invoicing the accumulated monthly total, not to each booking separately, as on any electronic invoice. Contacting and browsing the public showcase is always free for anyone looking for a vehicle, driver, or camping spot. Pro Drivers and Camping Spot don't carry a commission. A single reference code corresponds to one contact attempt, not a booking: if the same booking generates more than one code (for example, the traveler writes on WhatsApp and also by email), the commission is charged once for that booking. Relocate Patagonia determines which contact was confirmed as a real booking based on the information the company itself provides. A relocation is listed at a token price because its purpose is repositioning the vehicle, not earning rental income: a relocation listing priced above $20,000 CLP per day is billed at the regular-rental commission ($50,000) instead, even though it's still shown to travelers as a relocation.

Availability and accuracy of information

Availability, prices, photos, and terms shown here are uploaded by each company and may change without notice. We recommend confirming directly with the company before considering any agreement final.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Relocate Patagonia is not responsible for the vehicle's condition, service quality, breaches, damages, losses, or any dispute between the traveler and the listing company. Any claim related to the rental, transport, or camping stay should be directed to the relevant company.

Personal data

The details you provide when contacting a listing (name, email, phone, and message) are used only to connect you with the company behind the listing and, if you subscribe, to send you newsletter updates. We don't sell them or share them with third parties beyond that purpose.
