When you contact a listing we store your name, email, phone, and the message you write. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email. We never ask for payment details — any charge, deposit, or guarantee is agreed directly between you and the company.
What we use it for
To connect your contact with the company behind the listing, so both of you can follow up using your reference code, and to send you the updates you opted into. We don't use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We hand your name, email, phone, and message to the company behind the listing you contacted — that's the only way they can reply to you. We use outside technology providers to store the data and send emails, acting purely as technical support, never using your information for their own purposes. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as your contact or the company's stays active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us (see Contact).
Cookies and browser preferences
We store your chosen language and currency in your own browser, not on a server, so your next visit looks the same. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us and we'll sort it out directly.
